  Booked an MOT and full service with these guys on the 10/11/17. Not only were they cheapest around the area, they were also very professional and checked with me prior to commencing work needed. They bend over backwards for customer service and go the extra mile to ensure you leave happy. Terry in particular was incredibly friendly and is a huge credit to the team!
  
  I had never used this garage prior to today, but they will be my first port of call from now on for any car related problems.

  My elderley parents were in Portsmouth on holiday and had a warning light appear on a Citroen Car, I searched the web and found Smile Servicing who had some good reviews. They called them and booked the car in for the next day, the owner gave them directions over the phone to get there when they were close by. They looked at the car, provided them with a drinks and paper whilst waiting and sorted out the problem on the car. The service was 1st class, these are 100% genuine people who we can't thank enough.
