  Waste of time!
  Someone phones from an office supposedly on behalf of a "National company" makes an appointment for the rep - all confirmed by email. If you phone later its all apologies another appointment, confirmation and same again. Seems to be staffed by Ex Uni students looking for proper jobs. Need to get the Reps on the road first rather than pay ex students a commission for how many appointments they can make (and break).

  Call from Kirsty (Strategy Director at Marketmakers) apologising and assuring that the incident will not happen again in the future. At least someone is on the ball and caring. Probably a little harsh on the review but certainly a very quick response and good to know at least one person cares,
